Attestations Of Unloading
The correct performance of the cargo residue unloading procedure (Part B) is documented in the attestation of unloading. In particular, it enables the various actors involved to verify that they have complied with their obligations and have authorised the waste to be deposited in the proper manner.
The new attestation of unloading for tanker shipping (2024 edition) must be used from 1 July 2024. It replaces the old unloading certificate for tanker shipping (2017 edition), which may no longer be used from 1 July 2024.
